Self-acceptance of all that we are, will bring out all the beauty we are unaware of.
We leave self-judgment behind and replace it with self-compassion. There is a peaceful way to get to that place.
When we work with women on our retreats, self-judgment is something we all have in common. I personally could write a whole new book on just that experience and so can you.
This pain is what brings us closer than any other subject. Whether in our retreat or other programs that I run.
The way we, women, react to this attitude is that we shrink. We hide behind perfection, proving ourselves, we achieve more than we really want to, everything needs to be top notch.
In this shrinking, we feel ugly inside. We know we play small. And that’s not a pretty sight.
When we step out of this shrinking, belittling mindset, we develop grace. And with that comes certainty and confidence.
What can possibly be more beautiful than a self-loving woman?
The way we move changes, the way we speak changes, the entire vibe around us changes. We attract like to like.
We meet our sensuality. And we rendezvous with our playfulness.
I wish all women could get there. Would you?
